Please contact your pharmacy directly for prescription refills. If you have no refills left, your pharmacy will fax a refill request to our office. You can also request a new prescription on your Patient Portal. If you need a written prescription or have a special request, please call the office at 757-826-3434. If you need a 90 day supply, please inform the office. Prescription requests will be responded to within 72 hours.

If a medication requires a prior authorization, please contact the office or have your pharmacy contact the office.

Once submitted to your plan, prior authorizations may take up to 3 business days.

Tricare Patients: As of January 2023, military base pharmacies will no longer accept hard copy (handwritten) prescriptions. The following base pharmacies are the only pharmacies that accept civilian electronic prescriptions: Portsmouth Naval, Fort Eustis, Langley
